PRE-ORDER POLICY

Thank you for supporting RNW! Please review the following before placing a pre-order.

1. Estimated Shipping Time
Pre-order items are reserved before they are ready to ship. Orders are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. This timeframe covers production and processing; delivery time is additional.

2. Payment
Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your pre-order.

3. Order Updates
You will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

4. Cancellations & Changes
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation or change. After this window, requests may not be possible because production or processing may have begun. This does not affect any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

5. Combined Orders
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once the pre-order items are ready. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

6. Production Delays
Shipping estimates may change due to production or fulfillment delays. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will email you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Once delivered, pre-order items are subject to our posted Return & Exchange Policy.
