Welcome to RNW. These Terms of Service govern your use of the RNW website and purchases from the store.

1. Using the Store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with its operation, distribute harmful software, or violate another person’s rights.

2. Products & Availability

RNW aims to display accurate product descriptions and images. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur during production.

Products are subject to availability. Any purchase limits or special conditions will be disclosed before checkout.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Full payment is collected when you place an order, including pre-orders. Price changes apply to future purchases.

4. Orders & Billing Information

Please provide a valid email address, accurate billing information, and a complete shipping address.

RNW may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment issues, or a material listing error. If RNW cancels a paid order, a full refund will be issued. If an error affects your order, RNW will contact you before requesting any additional payment.

5. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are purchased before they are ready to ship. Unless the product page states otherwise, pre-orders are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. Delivery time is additional.

If RNW cannot ship within the stated timeframe, you will receive an updated estimate and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund. Consent to shipping delays will be obtained where required by law.

Orders containing in-stock and pre-order items will ship together when all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and carrier.

Please contact RNW promptly if your package is missing, damaged, or contains an incorrect item so the issue can be investigated and resolved.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Please contact RNW within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation or change. After that period, requests may not be possible if production or fulfillment has begun.

Returns and exchanges are governed by the posted Return & Exchange Policy. These policies do not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Website Content

Content owned by RNW, including original branding, photographs, graphics, and written materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or use that content commercially without permission. Third-party names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Services

The RNW store uses third-party services for functions such as payment processing and shipping. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

10. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how RNW collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit the website or make a purchase.
